      Currently, activities on the customer portal are always shown from newest to oldest. It would be great if we could order the activities or edit the order that we want our customers to see the updates.

            I would also like the ability to sort Newest to oldest Activity - Having the Add a Comment box on top would be a bonus but is ultimately less important.

            We have a lot of user confusion and people missing comments due to the latest Activity being at the bottom.

            Is there intention of implementing this? Would the feature allow sorting of activities in the agent interface as well?
