Summary

It appears that there is more than one spinning wheel is showing when creating a request through the Customer Portal.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Service Desk project.
2. Navigate to the Project Customer Portal.
3. Select one of the requests and fill in the required field.
4. Click Create.

Expected Result:

A spinning wheel will be showing and the request will be created.

Actual Result:

Multiple Spinning wheels are showing beside the "Create" button and the request will still be created.
