      Problem Definition

      It is not possible to disable the Create Linked Issues button from the "More" menu

      Suggested Solution

      Introduce an option to disable this.

      Workaround (updated)

      1. Go to <BASE_URL>/secure/admin/SiteDarkFeatures!default.jspa
      2. Add this dark feature to disable Create Linked Issue :

        jira.create.linked.issue.disabled
