Feature Summary
Currently in JIRA Service Desk, it is possible to trigger an automation to send an email to a specific group, however, the only options available to users are Reporter and Customers Involved with no way of specifying an internal group.
Suggestion
Allow the customization of the email sent from Alert User or allow users specify groups or roles in the option available for the send email.
