    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      We are trying to connect JIRA service desk to Dell Boomi.

      Questions:-

            1. Is there a way to connect Boomi API directly to JIRA API.

            2. Is there any way we can send updates from JIRA back to Boomi using fields.

            Not entirely sure of your use case, but we use the Automation for Jira app to POST variable field values in JSON sent to Boomi endpoints. Some recent release of Automation for Jira lets you wait for the response from Boomi, access data from it, then run subsequent actions. I haven't used that feature yet.
