      Problem Definition

      Currently, the design for Approval/Decline button is separated from each other. The decline button is inside the More option. This does not feel natural.

      Suggested Solution

      Have the Decline button next to the Approve button to improve the user experience.

            For users with years of experience only with JSW, this is a bit confusing plus they usually don't know there is customer portal in first place, now that they begin using also JSD.
