French translation not good... update translation in email notification from 'Salut' to 'Bonjour'

      When using notifications, the translation for "Hi" should be "Bonjour" instead of "Salut".

      It's more polite..."salut" is used with close friends.

            It works when I add a comment, but it's still "Salut" when issue is created...

            Please fix this too.

            As much as we want to sound friendly end engaging in our tone, "Salut" can be misinterpreted in french as it's a bit too friendly maybe yes.
            "Bonjour" sounds like a good candidate for the next translation updates
