      Hi there I'm looking for the ability to show the SLA countdown ticker to clients. Do you know how I might achieve this?

            It is currently not possible to add the SLA to customer portal.

            But I would recommend voting and watching https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-325 for any updates.

            It also appears that the last comment there has a suggestion of a plugin that can achieve this for you right now.
