      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Create a new Service Desk.
      2. Configure a request type to allow attachment.
      3. Create an issue from customer portal and attach an image.
      4. Use the wiki renderer to notation for attaching an image to add the image
        !myImage.jpg!

      Expected Result
      Service Desk would show the attached image and render the image in the description once done.

      Actual Result
      Image is attached and can be seen in attachment however the image is not rendered in both JIRA and customer portal showing up simply as

      !myImage.jpg!
