      This will save time both for Service Desk users and agents.
      Our users are used to communicate using email and attached screenshots, and it is very difficult to change this.

            Customers can upload screenshots to the customer portal, hence the closure of this one.

            @Cristina - We have been using Atlassian Capture, Greenshot (with Jira plugin), Customer Portal and emailing embedded/attached images. All of these options seem to work well depending on the situation.
