Currently, there is no way to look up user information for all members of a team dynamically. The `atlassian-operations_team` data source exposes its members as a list of account IDs, but there is no way to look up an `atlassian-operations_user` data source except by email address, which is not accessible from `atlassian-operations_team`.

It makes sense to me to allow lookup of users by any reliably unique identifier, including account ID, and hopefully this would be reasonably simple to implement in the Terraform provider.
