Problem Statement:

As a administrator, I want to have my Assets in a standalone database from the reset of my Jira Service Management environment.

Summary:

Assets is a large resource within Jira Service Management that has numerous requirements and performance considerations to account for.

To aid with scaling considerations, integrations, and backups I want to be able to have Assets associated to it's own standalone database that is separate from Jira Service Management altogether.
