Issue Summary

      In JSM, the users can set different status names for the Customer portal. These names will only be visible for the customers in the Customer portal. In the newer versions, it is noticed that the Approval tabs in the Agent view is showing up the Customer status names rather than the Agent status names.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install JSM 10.3.4
      2. Create a project
      3. Go to Project settings >> Request types >> Click on 'Edit' across a Request type which requires Approvals >> Fields
      4. Click on Workflow statuses, a page will open with 'Workflow status in Jira' and 'Status name to show customer'
      5. Change the 'Status name to show customer' for a status that requires Approval as shown in the screenshot below -
      6. Create a ticket with the issue type which needs an Approval

      Expected Results

      The Approval tab will show the Agent status/Workflow status in Jira

      Actual Results

      The Approval tab shows the Customer status names - 

      NOTE : The statuses are shown correctly in 10.3.2.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
