Localization error message appears in Japanese language setting on request edit screen

      Issue Summary

      When using Jira Service Management with the Japanese language setting, the following message is displayed at the top of the field editing screen for all requests:
sd.customer.organizations.rest.operation.expected.array.of.numbers.error=操作の値は、配列インデックス

      {0}

      の数値である必要があります。

      This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Set the language to "Japanese" in the profile.
      • Open any project settings.
      • Open "Request Type".
      • Select and open any request type.

      The field edit screen should display normally without any error messages.

      h3. Actual Results


      The following message appears at the top of the screen:

      sd.customer.organizations.rest.operation.expected.array.of.numbers.error=操作の値は、配列インデックス {0}

      の数値である必要があります。
