      A recurring warning related to Soy templates appears in Jira Service Management (JSM) logs:

      WARN [c.a.soy.impl.WebResourceTemplateSetFactory] Some module descriptors are either missing or disabled; soy compilation may fail. Missing descriptors: [jira.webresources:formatter, jira.webresources:strings]

      This warning has been observed across multiple versions, including 4.20.10 and up, and has not been identified to any effects to functionality.
