Issue Summary
This is reproducible on Data Center: yes
If you have "Asset Object custom field" and "Select List (single choice)" custom field configured on the Jira Service Management Customer Portal Request Type form and Asset Object custom field" is placed after the "Select List (single choice)" custom field on the Request Type form, then, when you create a new issue on the Jira Service Management Customer porta, "Asset Object custom field" search magnifier glass over laps the "Select List (single choice)" custom field options.
Steps to Reproduce
- Below is how JSM Customer portal form looks like where you have a "Select List (single choice)" custom field "Change reason" and an Asset Object custom field "Affected Business Service"
- When you click on the "Select List (single choice)" custom field "Change reason" to see the possible values in the list, one of the drop down value has a search "Magnifier" glass.
Expected Results
The Select List (single choice) drop down options should not have a search "Magnifier" glass.
Actual Results
The Select List (single choice) drop down options shows search "Magnifier" glass of the Asset Object custom field.
Workaround
You can adjust the placement of the custom field on the form such that Asset Object custom field is placed on top of the Select List (single choice) custom field so that Asset Object custom field search magnifier glass does not affect the Select List (single choice) options.
