Issue Summary

In the agent view, the current SLA status is unclear to screen reader users since an icon is used to display this information without an adequate label.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup an SLA for a given issue type
2. Create an issue of that type
3. View the issue in agent view

Expected Results

The label of the icons relates to the status communicated by the icon e.g., Paused, Overdue etc.

Actual Results

The label of the icon is the current remaining/completion time of the SLA...

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
