Issue Summary

      On help center page, the error messages for Insight object fields & custom dropdown fields are not announced by screen reader. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to the help center https://bulldog.internal.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/58/create/561 
      2. Submit form without filling mandatory fields
      3. Observe that error messages are displayed. 
      4. Screen reader doesn’t announce them.

      Actual Results

      The following  fields the error messages are not announced by screen reader.

      • Martin Test Insight Object
      • Martin test Insight object 2
      • Test Single Select With Long Options
      • Urgency

      The errors are not associated correctly with the respective input fields. 

      This makes it difficult for screen reader users to understand the errors.

      Expected Results

      When user navigate to the fields having errors, the error messages should be announced by screen reader.

      Associate the error messages with their respective input fields via aria-describedby attribute.

      Ensure that the same ID of the error message is provided to the aria-descriedby attribute. 

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
