Just wanted to ask if there's a way to implement a draft function for tickets?

For example, not sure if you guys have used twitter (X), how you can can create a tweet, and then draft it, and you will have a folder of drafted tweets which you can open, and then just hit tweet, or amend it and hit tweet.

I would like something similar for Jira - As I create tickets and just have the browser tab open until I am ready to hit send, but sometimes as I am waiting for information from other teams to include in my ticket, I would like the option to start creating the ticket and then going back to it at a later time.
