      When a customer outside of JIRA (that's not logged in) accesses our Service Desk they are presented with a login page. The login page only displays the logo with no other identifying information. We would like the ability to add a title so that it's displayed beside the logo.

            Our Service Desk project is configured with the "Customers who have an account on this JIRA Site" option. As a result, the log in page looks as shown in the attachment. We need to be able to customize it, at least to have a link to where we have our customers register for access.
