The page size in queues is always 50 and not what you have set in your profile preferences. This has to be a bug.

I found that I have to manually click the "Go to all issues" button in the upper right...does what I think I am looking for: Shows 100 issues on a page but only AFTER showing only 50 issues:

            1. Set the pref to 100:   Settings > Jira Settings > System > USER INTERFACE > Default user preferences > Number of Issues displayed per Issue navigator page > 100

            2. Then do search or e.g. click on All Issues in a project...shows only 50 items; if there are more than 50, shows 1,2,3...pages.  So then go to the upper right and click "Go to all issues" ...and then 100 are listed per page.

Please consider fixing this.  If the number of items to display is set to 100 and queues still limits it to 50, then this is a bug and not something that should need voting on to implement.

Please consider adding this to JSM Data Center. When the queue is over 50, it is nice to be able to see them all on one page or even two as opposed to 5 pages.

Tested with 100 as page size in my "Preferences" and it is working.

Perhaps this should be closed as "Done".

Same here. This is starting to get old isn't it?

Same here. My setting is 150 and the pages stop at 50, using queues. Would love to see this fixed.

I would also like the option to have a small config possibility to go up to at least 75 issues at a given time.

We have some queues with barely above 50-60 issues at any given time. Still we need to flip the page. Give us a small config possibility to change this to 50 75 or 100. Or maybe how we like it.

Having multiple pages for a single queue is really annoying, would very much like to see this fixed.

            Hello everybody,

I was on the same situation, needed alters the page size on JSD, but I discovered something. This configuration, Page Size, work's only on the Issue Navigator from Jira Software. I've tried there and works well.

I believe that what we want is a improvement for Jira Service Desk.

            Cheers.

Mathias or Atlassian, is there an update for this?

            • Changing the Page Size option in my User Profile did not adjust the Page Size in the JIRA Service Desk Queues.
            • Changing the Number of Issues displayed per Issue Navigator page default in Administration > System > Default User Preferences also did not reflect any changes in the Page size in the JIRA Service Desk Queues

I tried logging out/in, still no changes.

The workflow I am trying to accomplish is to easily search through a list on a page using the browser's "Find" feature. So, it is easier to search through that list if it contains all of the Issues currently in the respective queue, rather than search, next page, search, next page, etc.

Using the search box from JSD page doesn't really help because that search returns issues from all of JIRA, not just the current queues that I'm interested in.
