Mathias or Atlassian, is there an update for this?
- Changing the Page Size option in my User Profile did not adjust the Page Size in the JIRA Service Desk Queues.
- Changing the Number of Issues displayed per Issue Navigator page default in Administration > System > Default User Preferences also did not reflect any changes in the Page size in the JIRA Service Desk Queues
I tried logging out/in, still no changes.
The workflow I am trying to accomplish is to easily search through a list on a page using the browser's "Find" feature. So, it is easier to search through that list if it contains all of the Issues currently in the respective queue, rather than search, next page, search, next page, etc.
Using the search box from JSD page doesn't really help because that search returns issues from all of JIRA, not just the current queues that I'm interested in.
