Create a 'Risk' Macro That Behaves Identically to the Decision Macro

      I suggest adding a 'Risk' Macro and mathching 'Risk Report' Macro. These would behave identially to the ['Decision' & 'Decision Report' Macros|https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-decision-report-macro/].
