      Unable to create linked issue from Dashboard

      This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to Dashboard (with the Assigned to me gadget)
      2. Select a ticket and open the option menu and click Create Linked Issue

      Expected Results

      • Users are able to Create Linked Issue 

      Actual Results

      • Clicking the option does not do anything

      Workaround

      • Users can navigate to issues view or their boards and create linked issues there
