Currently, we can have multiple Mail Channels in Jira, however, it's necessary to have different email addresses/accounts for that, even though we can set what folder we want the Mail Channel to read from that email address configured. It would be great if Jira could allow multiple mail channels with the same email address as long as it's reading from different folders.
