Stop an Assets import using a REST API

      As a Jira Admin / Schema Manager - users are facing scenarios where they cannot access a specific node from the Browser and manually stop an import process.

      For example: An import is getting slow/stuck due to low resources (JVM) and require to be stopped, but the node is not responding.

      While there is a REST endpoint to START an import, it will be very helpful if we may have a REST endpoint to STOP a running import.
