Business Services/Create Objects : Missing alternate text for the image

      Issue Summary

      Profile Images must have descriptive alternate text.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open the Home page and navigate to "Projects" dropdown in header section.
      2. Activate the "ASIT".
      3. Navigate to "ASIT - ITSM" link and activate it.
      4. Inspect the "Admin" profile icon.
      5. Observe that alternate text is missing.

       Actual Results

      The "Admin" profile icon present in table below "Activity" expand collapse section that lack textual description.  Screen readers users will not be able to understand the purpose of the informative icons.

      Expected Results

      Provide the name of the respective users as an alternate text. In this case, provide "Admin Admin" as an alternate text.
