Provide config option to enable/disable QRCode usage

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      We're implementing Insight for a client who have no need of the QRCode functionality, but there appears to be no way to toggle this feature on/off. Would appreciate having that as an option.
