Add option to render ProForma form above native form fields

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      Since several field types aren't supported in ProForma at the moment, including attachments, it would be really useful and often critical to render these native Jira fields at the bottom of the form and not at the top.
