Refreshing the 'Assigned to me' queue on Jira mobile results in grey screen

      Issue Summary

      When logging into the Jira mobile web page and clicking on the refresh button, the screen turns grey as though it's trying to update, but doesn't return control to the user and doesn't refresh the list.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Log into jira using a mobile device (or desktop browser mimicking a mobile browser)
      2. Once logged in, click on the refresh button on the top-right of the page

      Expected Results

      The screen should update with the list of issues assigned to the logged in user.

      Actual Results

      The screen turns grey as though it's trying to update, but doesn't return control to the user and doesn't refresh the list

      It appears as though the browser is trying to access "plugins/servlet/undefined/rest/analytics/1.0/publish/bulk" which doesn't exist.
      This behaviour was replicated in Safari, and Edge.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available

      This issue appears to occur from 4.13.x through to the most recent 4.20.x.

      Please note, that on 4.19.x and 4.20.x, that instead of getting the list of issues after initially logging in, the user is just presented with a white screen and nothing is rendered. Not sure if this is related, but it's worth mentioning.
