Ability to migrate Opsgenie instance to a cloud site where there is a JSM subscription.

      As a customer, I would like to have the option to break the link between our Opsgenie instance and its associated cloud site, migrate it to another Atlassian site where we have our JSM subscription and merge this standalone Opsgenie with JSM at the end.
