Summary
Issues that have been moved out of a Classic deleted Jira Service Desk project, to a NextGen Service Desk cannot have their issue type edited.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a request in a Classic Jira Service Desk project. Make sure that the Request Type is set.
- Move the ticket to a NextGen project.
- Delete the Classic JSD Project.
- Edit the ticket's issue type. Make sure that the destination issue type users a different workflow.
Expected Results
The issue type is changed successfully
Actual Results
The edit operation will be locked in the following step
