Ability to share or copy workflows between request types in next-gen projects

      It is possible now to copy a workflow to another request type within the same project. You can pick a request type in Jira Service Desk next-gen project and click "Edit workflow" -> "Copy to other request types".

      When you copy a workflow this way, it is "shared" between request types. It would be good to copy a workflow and have an option to make it "shared" or just copy and make it a standalone workflow.

      Copying a workflow as a standalone helps to not create a complex workflow from scratch and at the same time don't have it affect other request types.

      Problem Definition

      Currently, it is not possible to share a request type workflow within a next-gen service desk project.

      Suggested Solution

      The ability to share a request type workflow with another request type of the same project would be nice.

      Workaround

      Manually create the same workflow for a different request type.
