Clicking on closed/opened tickets link inside organization shows all closed tickets by a customer and not just the ones from the organization

      In a nutshell, the user wants to be able to see all the opened/closed tickets by a customer in an organization.
      Today there is only the option to see all tickets open/closed in the organization or by a customer. Not by both.
