Allow Statuspage automatically updated when a JIRA Service Desk ticket created based on issue type/request type

      Problem Definition

      Currently, Statuspage need to be manually updated. It's best if JIRA Service Desk can automatically update to Statuspage when a certain ticket created. For example an incident or change feature ticket created.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow an automation to update Statuspage based on issuetype/ reques type.
