Provide 3rd Party Data Sources for Jira Service Desk Cloud Knowledge Base

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      At the moment, Confluence is the only way to add a knowledgebase.

      We would need to 3rd party knowledgebase, such as SharePoint (e.g REST API for list items is available) or similar document management / wiki system.
