Automation does not transition hidden transitions

      Summary

      If a transition has the Hide From User Condition, automation configured to run the transition fails

      Environment

      (Optional - If Applicable)

      • Version 1000.196.0 (Cloud)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add a condition to Hide From User Condition to a workflow transition
      2. Create an automation to run transition the issue

      Expected Results

      Issue will transition to the next status

      Actual Results

      Issue is not transition to the next step

      Workaround

      No workaround unless to remove the condition to hide the transition.
