Issue Summary
When navigating from a Software project to a Service Desk project, the Description field (with an attachment) continuously displays a loading indicator and does not load as expected.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a work item in a Jira Software (JSW) project that contains attachments in the description field and is linked to a Service Desk project work item.
- Click the linked work item to navigate from the JSW work item to the associated Service Desk work item.
- Observe the behaviour of the description field in the Service Desk work item.
Expected Results
- The description field and all attached images should load correctly when navigating between linked tickets, regardless of whether they are in JSM or Jira Software projects.
Actual Results
- When navigating from a JSM ticket to a Jira Software ticket (or vice versa), the description field with attachments does not load.
Workaround
- Open the Linked Work Item in a new tab or perform a page refresh to load the description.
