Project admins can’t change the project key on team-managed projects

      Issue Summary

      Project admins can’t change the project key on team-managed projects.

      Whereas according to the doc Edit a projects details project admin should have this permission.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a team-managed project and under Project Settings > Internal Access add your user only with the project Administrator role;
      2. Using the same user, try to change the project key under Project Settings > Details;

      Expected Results

      As a project admin, the user should be able to change the project key and Save the changes.

      Actual Results

      The project admin can’t change the key (the field is greyed out).

      Workaround

      A site-admin user can make the change to the project key in the meantime.
