Add ability to use the "Affected Services" on the Filter Issue Scope IQL for Insight Objects fields

      Currently, it is not possible to use the Affected Services system field on the Filter Issue Scope IQL, even though that field is in sync with the default Services (SVC) Object Schema present in every instance.

      It'd be beneficial to use that field on the IQL to filter out objects that have Object Attributes pointed to the SVC Object Schema
