Language support browser back button doesn't work

      Issue Summary

      When a customer clicks the browser back button in a language in laguage settings the browser doesn't go back.

      Happens across Classic & NG

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to a language in language support
      2. Click on the browser back button, not the Sidebar button

      Expected Results

      Browser goes to the previous page.

      Actual Results

      Browser stays on the page but the URL bar changes.

      Workaround

      Click the Sidebar button until you get to where you want.
