Ability to use scheduled trigger for Insight objects with an IQL just like jira issues

Problem Definition

At this time we can only run the scheduled trigger for a set of Jira issues using a JQL

Suggested Solution

It will be a good idea to use the scheduled trigger for Insight objects using an IQL and then use the Edit object action to perform actions on a set of objects JSDCLOUD-10023 
This was possible with the legacy Insight app
