If the Resolution field is hidden on JIRA for this Service Desk project, requests won't appear on the Customer Portal's My requests for the Open requests and Closed requests filters, just for the All requests filter.
- Create a Service Desk project
- Go to its Customer Portal and create some requests
- Go to this Service Desk project's administration on JIRA and hide the Resolution field
- Go back to the Customer Portal and create new requests
- Go to My requests and note that the requests that were created after the Resolution field was hidden only show if you select the All requests filter
Make the Resolution field visible for this Service Desk project on JIRA and trigger a reindex on JIRA.
