Email Test Button in Servicedesk Sometimes Does Not Respond

    Description

      1. From Email Settings under JIRA Service Desk in Settings.
      2. Click TEST button next to email setup, no action.
      3. With Developer Tools on shows nothing is being run.
      4. I have occasionally seen this work in the past so I do not know what causes it to not have any kind of response.
      5. Tested in Chrome 37.0.2062.120 and Firefox 32.0.1 on Mac OS X
