External customer can't view Portal logo

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      • Logo URL: <baseURL>/rest/servicedesk/1/viewport-resources/image/1
      • External customers can't view the logo in customer view, and they get redirected to shared portal page when accessing to the logo URL.
      • JIRA users can view the logo in the customer view.
      • JIRA users (who don't have permission to view portal) and Anonymous can view the logo via the URL.
