Description
The field help in the service desk portal is broken; it appears that the help field text gets moved under the actual fields if the number of characters in the field help exceeds a certain amount (about 38 characters). The formatting was fine up until sometime between last week and today. See attachment for the issue I am seeing (see correctly formatted vs formatting problem). The only change I made to the help field is adding the extra '12345' characters, which pushes the help field text under the field it is intended to explain. Previously all help field text stayed on the right side of their respective field, regardless of wiki markup and length. Now beyond 38 characters causes this issue.
This is a serious issue regarding the portal as our clients are using this daily. Perhaps the html for the portal was updated and messed things up.
