Summary:
After clicking the "Create KB Article" button, if a user did not used the "Execute As" user credentials that is being set up on Confluence side, user will get "Not Permitted" page instead.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a Confluence Space and a user that is allowed to view and create page in the Space
- Configure the Application link as mentioned in Serving Customers with a knowledge base
- Use the "Execute As" configuration instead on Confluence Oauth Incoming Authentication instead of the Impersonation and use the previous created user.
- Log out from Confluence and linked the previously created Confluence Space on a service desk project.
- Then, open an existing issue on the project and click "Create KB Article"
- Log in as an admin of the Confluence instead of the "Execute As" user.
Expected Results:
- The user will have the draft page with the details about the issue to be created as a KB page.
Actual Results:
- There will be a "Not Permitted" page shown.
