Unlike JIRA, JIRA Service Desk Customers did not have the feature to allow notification of their own changes towards a request. In JIRA, there is a "Notify Me" feature that could make users to get notified when they make changes towards JIRA Ticket. Hence, it will be great if such option is available for the Customers as well, for example they will received notification about the comment that they have done towards a ticket.
