Description
NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.
Only some reports should be accessible to our customers that we have allowed via permissions. JIRA Admin should be able to designate those reports. Specifically we are talking about the reports customers can access by going to JIRA via the Customer Portal and then selecting:
Project > (name of project accessible to portal users) > Summary > and then under the summary header Reports
OR
Service Desk > (name of project accessible to portal users) > Reports
