Steps to reproduce:
- Go to Service Desk Customer portal
- Click on Forgotten password link
- Enter the username and click on email me button.
- Check your inbox for the reset password email and click on the link provided in the email
- Enter details into change password form. Hit submit.
Expected Behaviour
User will be able to access the customer portal with the new password
Actual Behaviour
Password reset error returns and claims password fields left empty. Which they are not empty at submission time.
Workaround
Use the JIRA's Reset Password link. (<instance>/login/forgot)
