JQL "Order by" not followed in Service Desk Queue Page

    XMLWordPrintable

Details

    Description

      Summary
When A user creates or edits a queue, if the JQL set for the queue involves order by, JIRA Service Desk reverts back to the original arrangement failing to follow what is specified in the JQL.

You can control the order of issues in a queue by the way you structure the JQL statement you use to set up the queue.

      How To Reproduce

      1. Create a new queue in a JIRA Service Desk Project.
      2. In the JQL enter the following code:
Order By priority//or any other value

      Expected Behaviour
JIRA would sort the issues and arrange from highest priority to the lowest.

      Actual Behaviour
JIRA would sort the issues as expected but once user clicks save/create, the issue reverts back to the original format.
